So I was in asic and was told that we were merging with rmbc and I would still be in asic but just help rmbc and had mandatory training in January. When training ended in late February it changed to since I was a band 3 had to go to rmbc but still would help with asic. Once I switched over they told us asic and rmbc aren't merging and not to answer any asic questions and just transfer to asic when agents have those questions. The constant lies from management are annoying. It was all a manipulation ploy step by step to force us out of ASIC to RMBC.

What??? Clearly, I work in a different department than you do. No clue what ASIC or RMBC mean. Lol. Just reminding people that post here that this board represents the entire company, and most specifics don’t apply to the masses.

Actually they did merge. Just the roles didn't as they planned. Due to bands corporate denied the different bands doing the same work to prevent band 2 from complaining they should get band 3 money for doing the same job. As a result ASIC is now the feeder for RMBC so once band 2's constantly exceed the band 2 ASIC job they must got to band 3 and RMBC. They can actually term an employee for refusing the band increase and move from ASIC to RMBC as ASIC was made by corporate to be the entry into RMBC. Corporate changed the game on both ASIC and RMBC leadership.
