They are letting us choose! It was announced yesterday! :) we have to talk with management still. But I am definitely wanting the work from home option.
I am in the rmbc.
ASIC and RMBC will be individual choice of hybrid or work from home and depending on if major performance and/or behavioral issues or UN's are in play your manager will confirm or deny your choice. However most will be approved for their choice. Unless you are on UN or your performance has noticeably slipped since working from home you should be fine if you choose work from home.
