I wonder how many people will be leaving by the summer and how many are currently looking for work? There aren’t many job opportunities now and Allstate benefits from that situation, but I think that soon there will be more and more offers for better paid jobs where we can work with a little more dignity. I believe I would get shocked if I went back to the office and got a better impression of how many people are left compared to their numbers before the pandemic.
