I was recently laid off and was wondering if anyone else has heard anything about Xerox participating with the American Rescue Plan Act which went into effect yesterday.
As of right now switching my healthcare plan to COBRA would be over a 200% increase from my previous monthly premium. The ARPA supposedly means employers like Xerox will foot the bill for 6 months in exchange for a tax credit equal to whatever they spend.
So far the BenefitsWeb associates have no information or guidance from Xerox yet, and provided no ETA on when that update will be rolled out.
