Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Jim Cramer on CNBC Friday: T BoD of Directos needs to claw back Ratty and Stinky compensation

Thank you Jim for pointing out very visibly how dishonest Ratty and Stinky have been.

The BoD should claw back Ratty's and Stinky's compensation. But the Board of Misdirectors will not. You need to add each and every Board member to the Board of Shame.

Perhaps Jim you should question why Ratty was named to the new company's BoD? To continue his gross mismanagement?

THe BOD is returning $327,000 to each AT&T employee and retiree with 20 or more years of service. The 20 year requirement is based on the stock value depreciation due to leaderships poor decisions. The direct deposited funds will be available in June.

Stephenson, Stankey, and the BOD are a pack of crooks. I agree throw them all out. There is no excuse for their actions which resulted in the disgrace of a once admired company, AT&T.

In a world where important business decisions have ramifications AT&T's "Board of Doofuses" would be s-canned immediately along with the CEO and former CEO. Unfortunately, in the world we live in there are no ramifications for those at the top - only obscene pay packages and gigantic golden parachutes.
