This was a company built on the quality of its people - poor technology, poor processes and a lousy partner program - but somehow attracted great talent and formidable regional leadership. Now this is lost, HV is lost. Terrible company, awful culture and clueless CEO and leadership team.
The place is a car crash ! Hiring GFK to then bring in all his cronies without any governance was an outrageously bad decision by group. They have created a “them and us” culture and for that reason, people are resigning in their droves. Terrible place to be.

Don’t worry. If you are lost under your unqualified manager, go to the one-two qualified management-material employees that are on your team that have been buried and kept done for whatever reason. They are there.
