Being worried about cuts 24/7? Not being able to relax even on weekends? Is this really how things are going to be from now on? I'm not sure I want or even can stay here if that's truly the case. My mental health is important to me, and if preserving it means walking away from Centene after 15 years, so be it.

Start looking now - you never know what better job awaits you. Your sanity isn’t worth staying.
If I was working in that much fear of it, I would certainly look for something else. Way easier to find a job when you already have one!
