No one seems to have more detailed insights on who the target groups will be and how many people will be affected? I am prepared, but I am still tormented by all the anxiety created by uncertainty. The feeling of uncertainty is worse to me than the layoff itself.

If it helps, remember you don’t have control over everything. Just your actions and your response. Even while it may hurt being RIF’d (has happened to me 3 x’s including Anthem), stay professional and as positive as you can. That is a big part of what will be remembered and perceived by others.
