My question is for those who are new to this company: how quickly were you disappointed to have accepted the job here? Despite my advice to try somewhere else, my friend’s son accepted a job at Allstate, regretted it in two months, and is already considering where to go next.

I love it here. You are all a bunch of pa----s that are ruining the company with your incessant whining. Grow up and do something with your miserable excuse for a life. It is mind-boggling that you spend so much time on this site.
I regretted it within several weeks. The culture, accountability, and non existent training and sad, dead look in my co-workers eyes quickly helped me realize the mistake.
Started 2 months ago and shocked and disgusted at how poorly run things are here. Lack of training, out of touch id--t managers, unrealistic workload, laughable goals and hypocritical stale lifers have me looking elsewhere.
My friend got hired as an attorney in legal. He was very excited and eager. He is already checked out after 6 months because of lack of training and management.

Within the first day or two
I regretted it one week in.
