Setting some boundaries

In my store, whatever extra work needs to be done - they come looking for me. Aside from being too tired, that kind of exploitation offends me. I care about this job because I don't have any other option for now, so I accept everything because I fear that saying no to them would result in me not being needed here anymore. I would like to know how it is possible to set boundaries here and say no without jeopardizing my job? Is it even possible?

It’s not possible. The managers run hours based on favoritism. The more you Prost I tute yourself the more they’ll love you. Get some self esteem

Absolutely!
It’s ALL about favoritism. Brown nosers get the hours. Doesn’t matter if they’re a lousy worker.
