Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

I have been trying to get on at Cigna for a while, I created a profile and have applied for positions, but my apps just sits in lingo, and maybe 6 months later one will close out and I will get an denial email. I never hear from anyone. I have experience in what I apply for, and a degree. I don't understand the hiring process. But I feel its all in who you know. And true talent is dismissed. Maybe I should take this as a sign
