I can't believe the type of people placed in "NI" during my assessment session yesterday. They are trying to get rid of certain folks by all means. Goodluck and continue looking for opportunities

Why? Well, there's the problem. If the plant manager doesn't like the person, how many managers are going to defend them and risk their own careers? Almost none. They got where they are by pooling influence, and they are going to save their influence for themselves. Doesn't matter if it is right or wrong. Almost every single one of them will lie to themselves that they are doing the right thing if they have a conscience, and if they don't? Well, you won't relate to them, but sociopaths are 1/25, so you know one, and there's a good chance that the person is your manager.
OP funny that you say “they” did it but claim to have been in the room watching it happen. If it was so obvious why didn’t you call it out?
@OP+1aXKj5dD Consult a counsel and if there is a case of discrimination, you could have a case again the company. Maybe a settlement?
That 'season'. Isn't that sad. I've heard it many times.
I'm a Cubs fan, and it has some meaning sometimes.
Have a holly jolly.
OP, did they tell supervisors anything related to the rumor about not offering the 3 months PIL this cycle?
I suggest waiting to get fired, make EM pay severance. Also don’t take too much vacation until Aug, if you get let go they’ll have to pay all your vacation 💰 which in my case I almost have a month of unused.
Time for mandatory retirement at 55.
Too many, untouchable, retired in place.
This gerontocracy of entitlement and past glories is sinking the boat.
I’m am almost 59. A bridge to 60 would get me out the door.
Another one bites the dust!
In my floor still have expatriate employees... why they still here????
So many employees close to retirement...just bridge them. This would be a big cut.
