I wasn’t so happy even when I had just gotten a job here and when I thought BN was one of the best companies I could get a job at. Sorry for the trivial question, but I wonder: were you also happier when you gave notice or when they informed you that you got the job here?

None of the part timers really cleaning .But if it looks wet, the lazy managers, think it’s done ( because they want nothing to do with it) Just wiping dirt around.
Fire cleaners during a pandemic. Typical Barnes move.
Good advice, especially when you consider that the stores have been cutting back on maintenance people and much of the stores are not being cleaned properly.
Properly?
It’s left to lazy part timers making minimum wage. How good of a job do you think they’re doing ?!
My store? It’s disgusting! When it’s my turn I just throw some water & wipe or mop. Looks done enough.

Giving my notice !
Told the store mgr. ( this May give me away to some) I was mislead by Barnes’ past reputation. The truth is corporate hasn’t a clue now and any company who allowed him to have a job ,I didn’t want anything to do with.
It was never the type of job to be thrilled to get. The pay always sucked and they expected more out of you than what they pay. It's only worse now because they're going broke and fewer people are working with you.
I loved walking out on them, it was thrilling!
And oh yeah, I wouldn't eat anything in that cafe if you value your health.
