I've been a mud engineer nigh on 20 years.
You push things down or you let them up. You keep a balance.
Now I see that the company spends 35 million dollars to win the proxy vote.
And only 1 million dollars on this Layoff site.
That is completely ignorant and hurts my thousands of shares.
