I just wonder how many experienced people will stay here and what will this company look like when everyone with expertise leaves it?
Nobody wants to work here anymore. Every day I hear that someone has quit. Everyone who has experience and skills is leaving, and those at the top act like it’s not a problem at all.

Why don’t you do us all a favor and quit?
Attrition is only a problem for the people left having to do their job for the same pay.
Attrition doesn’t matter. At this point I think leadership prefers people to quit to avoid having to paying severance.
