Here managers always promise big things, how things will change significantly for the better, how the company will manage to realize its big plans, and so on.
Is there anyone who trusts them anymore? I might believe that if I had only got a job here yesterday, but I don't trust them at all anymore.
If only a part of their great promises were fulfilled, it would be good, however, at this point I believe that everything that can go wrong - that it will go wrong.

@dxlr - spoken like a true leader
@dxl, sorry you have to work for your $ here. You’re clearly not in the club.
Quit then - instead of stealing your paycheck and moaning on here.
There’s some talent left but not much. Those remaining are seriously considering their options. Leadership is all lip service.
Did you just write 3 separate posts on the same day? This page was quiet for weeks and suddenly - BANG - 3 posts all on the same day with the exact same language style. Who hurt you?
The managers/leaders and leaders left at Riverbed are either title grabbing or retiring. Look around, do you see any millennials or Gen Z kids around? If you don’t then it’s a sign the company is going into the grave and no one wants to tell you that.
