Are we still doing the Follett Forward call? Seems like everyone was thinking this was the call that would lay out changes. I’ve learned not to believe everything on this site but to take with a grain of salt. If the call is bad news then worry does nothing to change that and vice versa. If you like you’re job at Follett then stay. If not the work hard to get out. That is literally all you can do.

And a follow-up meeting with HR is happening for each region the week following the kick off. That's fun.
It is probably just a coincidence that ESS will be down for maintenance right after this meeting.

Could TL get a job and get paid what he is paid by the family at any other company? Hmm
Can MLS keep earning a living by sitting on board of directors giving sage advise based on all her previous failures?

TL is so enlightening and motivational. He’ll be happy to tell you for the 10000th time about the four brothers and their ingenuity as if it’s still 1930 not 6-8 generations of lazy, selfish, hangers on later.
Except our genius CEO still put out his little video that day and told the stores to make sure to take 30 minutes out of your day to watch it. Remember, the board works just as hard as we do.
It's now in June sometime. The geniuses at home office were forced to push it back when no one in the stores could watch since they're too busy, you know, doing actual work during this time of year.
