Your L2S numbers changing multiple times??? this week??

Starting Monday all my co-workers and I in Minnesota started getting emails from HR saying your links to success numbers had been adjusted due to an error. Then you get another email shortly after saying to disregard the last email you received. It has happened at least 3 times this week. It's like someone is in our accounts screwing around with our productivity numbers!!
I thought no one was supposed to be able to change those numbers??? Also everytime I get one of those emails my productivity is lower the time before. Even though I supposed to disregard it. Are they trying to make it look we can't meet our productivity quote??

As was stated before they can’t fire you for numbers. But it gives them an excuse to look at other things your doing. Remember that tool you forgot at a cross box yesterday, go back and get it and you’re out of route. Your health screening didn’t take and you entered a CO, your fired.

Don’t vote the next contract, the Union won’t strike. Hasn’t stroked in what 20 years? Ask yourself why that is and where that strike fund money is. Bet it’s not there.

The company has been attacking the technicians with Link2Success since the merger.

Where is the rule that says ending in the red one month at Link2Success will put you closer to being fired? There isn't one. No worker has agreed to it and no court of law would uphold it. Middle and Upper management is laughing at this.

The emails this month prove it's a fraud and yet we sign the contract renewal. Next year vote NO.

Yeah I saw you guys were getting those emails and had to laugh. Heres the thing Link2failure is stacked against the techs. But I’ve seen some of the numbers, and I can’t figure a way to get them so either the so either something happened to the program and it’s giving techs the true unbiased score and the company is trying to get it working in their favor again. Or the company has noticed those high numbers and can’t figure out how they are being achieved, so they lower the scores got to bring the people down. If your on a Devo, the easier it is to fire you for other reasons. They don’t want to fire you for numbers, cause of lawsuits and then you could collect unemployment. They need a reason to look into you and fire you for other reasons.

As I said they want to get rid of techs one way or another so they can get their Prem techs. Just remember the SROs are not the problem, they have to worry about their jobs too, and most of them want to help you guys succeed.

So my advice especially to the OP if he is who I think he is, the company is not your friend or life. You will not have 20 years at this company. You’re young enough, go back to school and look into a different career paths. Have the company pay for it, do it after work hours. I know a couple of the guys who took the last buyout are doing just that cause they saw the writing on the wall. They are both doing just fine without the company. You will too.
