Have the executives forgotten how many went to jail during the con job years. I had 2 previous CEO’s in prison at the same time. I see it all setting up for the same ride, perp walked out of their houses with hand cuffs. All because of greed and their EGO’s telling them they won’t get caught.

For every regulation and Law, a smart Lawyer-Accountant will find a way around it. This is common knowledge at the SEC, FBI, etc. the smarter they are the more legal it becomes and very hard to prosecute.
It's not short term memories, it's they think they are smarter then those guys, it won't be me.
