Jay, I was on the fence about staying here at CC, you just convinced me to start looking, and I am confident that I will be soon hired by a competitor. My co worker of several years who for years bragged to everyone what an amazing place CC is to work for just left for a more lucrative remote position. I'm sure you don't care, you got rich in destroying what once was an amazing company to work for.

I would but my company is requiring me to report to the office so I can video call my teammates in other states.

Everyone I've spoken to is unvaccinated and none of us plan to wear a mask. The vaccinated people should be safe anyway right?
It's a flu that only ki--s old and fat people, it's really nothing to worry about, states like Florida have proven that.

No one can tell the difference in states that require masks and also Vaccinated people might choose to continue wearing masks indoors since everyone is returning to the office just in time for cold and flu season. To be honest, many Vaccinated people are probably more likely to choose to wear masks in the first place.
I don't like that we are returning to the office either. They should at least reimburse those of us who live in areas without effective public transportation for commuting mileage and personal vehicle maintenance since we all have proven we can do the job remotely and some people have teammates across multiple timezones. Drive an hour to the office so I can call my teammates in other cities!
We also need more advance notice than August of everyone's different arrangements. Today's email doesn't help me plan for Septemberbecause I might not know for sure what days I'll be un the office until as late as August...
Read the email/faq. Not a condition of employment but, if you are ‘unvaccinated’ they want you to wear a mask at all times to signify to others you are unsafe, and not as intelligent. Nothing divides like a synthetic vax. So even those who had Covid, and miraculously lived, are supposed to get a vax that is considered reactionary to those with antibodies and potentially unsafe?? Is it personal well being of employees CC is after or falling inline with a narrative?. It’s obvious 60% of the company does not feel obligated to take a synthetic vax and we have proven we can function 100% remote but, we are going to insist people be in offices? Basically seems like if you have health issues, religious objections, antibodies or just common sense not to take a synthetic vax, then you should probably find a good atty!
