I would like to know if there are people whose hard work is recognized and valued. I don't try at all anymore and I don't have any motivation to give anything more than the bare minimum. I worked for years giving my best and in return I got nothing. I wonder if they realize how demoralizing this is?

There really should be a test before access to the internet is granted.

My hard work is rewarded with a mass email from my VP telling everyone what a great job we did.
