Doing everything other than much work. Walking around showing my face to management, talking with coworkers, taking a long lunch. And best of all... reading and posting on this board while back in the office getting paid for it. I'm doing the bare minimum from here on out. I can give it right back as good as Exxon can dish it out. Let's see if they catch on and PIP me. I'm not scared either, I've got plenty of money to live on for the rest of my life. It's a great position to be in. I can play some serious games on Exxon property and time. I love it.

You are disgusting. Not pulling your weight hurts everyone else. Your coworkers have to do more. US employees look less competitive vs offshoring of jobs, etc. Leave if you are so unhappy. I hope they PIP you.
