With the recent announcement today of NOV declaring COVID to be over (ditching masks for the vaccinated & 100% return to work) than should we expect the matching of our 401(k)'s again for those who are enrolled in the 401(k)?

NOV need to make it mandatory that all Managers must stay at home regardless of Covid Pandemic because by staying at home NOV shall become much more efficient and productivity shall exponentially increase as a result of the pi-s poor management staying at home.
Wow, never knew there were so many cry babies at NOV. Myself and others have been at work site everyday. We didn't get the opportunity to stay home and work, we drive to work everyday and sit in traffic. Get over it you bunch of pu ss ies.

All other multi national companies changing the way work is structured with the option to work from home due to increase productivity. Less commute time sitting on the beltway along with 2-3 days in the office and 2 days at home proven to open up applications to those companies as we see upturn. Totally opposite to the "let's get everybody back in the tower, because we can not trust them" shortsighted and will lose the best people, if the have not already gone. Interview next week for me and gone!
