Can we refer to the CL managers as the bug eyed creep and the bromoter?

Edson has had leadership issues for years.They just all nod and then come back and say we aren’t doing that we will do it the Edson way. Well have the largest condensate spill in the history of of the company and the lead gets a HSE award and the Ops lead get promoted.... what a joke. Where is the accountability?
Of course they're watching here, they're openly in a redundant position! That's gotta keep them scared.
A couple years ago a few CL staff wrote emails directly to AP about corruption, bullying, favouritism and major safety concerns here. They all got laid off and nothing changed here, it actually got even worse .
Husky Edson was hated by the other operating districts in Western Canada. Things that were rolled out from the top were always changed or altered to suit themselves. It constantly pi---d me off for my manager/management to say "Well Edson is doing it this way" and make everyone change to follow. Couldn't stand that.
Edson has been poorly run for years by Husky Legacy for example Corser plant Gas output approx 2000 decks with 26 total operators plus leads for field . Cenovus Legacy Peco plant 1800 decks approx 8 operators including lead!! You tell me where we need to cut!!!
Well take the opportunity for the survey and fill it out honestly. That’s your chance to send a message they can’t ignore. If enough people are honest then they will have to take notice. At least one can hope.
CVE is getting pelted everywhere. Its not just CL , here in Edson things are a nightmare.
CVE is the new Jacos.
OR maybe reckless, anonymous slander is irresponsible and childish and online smear campaigns are not encouraged or endorsed by sensible adults who recognized these statements are false and not representative of the majority. I’m neither a CL FM or an HR representative; you don’t have to be one of those things to realize how unproductive using this site for online bullying and retaliation is.
