VP no longer allowing anonymous slido

Hallway talk was at least our VP still takes anonymous slido questions. Then came this month’s meeting and guess what? Looks like we were too hard on him last month because anonymous option has been removed. Bad move VP. You just lost the one talking point I had with my people to say maybe he isn’t like the others.

I’ve run slido before. There is no such thing as anonymous. It is all recorded. You silly, naive people who thought differently…

From the forums I have seen (since they started removing the anonymous slido), engagement has absolutely plummeted. Even my group / department /network meetings - no one asks questions anymore. We just don't care. About anything. It is really sad and I want the discourse back but its gone. I have never worked anywhere where engagement has plummeted to this level.

@1czl+1aULY6mX Post your name then. EM culture, you have to be out of your mind to speak up. I chose to shut off during zoom calls like virtual employee forum / town-hall meetings.

Praising the leaders shouldn’t be annonymous.
That’s, after all, what these Slido questions are for.

What is anonymous? May be the VP doesnt know what's anonymous. Someone needs to go talk to him about it.

Take out the negativities. All cheery and happy subordinates! Now, that is the winning.
