At the moment, they have good chances to find another job where they will earn more and where they will be more appreciated, they know that the situation here will not improve.... and yet people choose to stay at Follett. I don't get that. I had a lot of misery here and I very quickly found a job where it is much better. Is it that you aren’t lucky enough to find a job so quickly or what’s the problem so you’re still at Follett?
