Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

Waiting for my turn

Been working at Anthem for over 5 years. I was relieved of all my responsibilities and put in a job where I do nothing. I know this is not sustainable. I have started to look for jobs and upgrading my skills. I know it will be any day so I am mentally prepared.

@eilt+1aU4b3zz - I’m non Indian and got promoted.

“making the cr-p work with out issues” - this will get you replaced.

Lots of that going around. If you are not Indian you don’t get promoted. If you achieve success (making the cr-p work with out issues) you get replaced.

If you get moved to a position where your new manager finds you useless, that's pretty much on you, and getting rid of you is a smart move. You should approach it as a new job where you know nothing and look for responsibility, else you'll get gone, no duh.

WOW!! what an unsympathetic tone deaf response! I'd glad I don't have the author of the above in my life!
