I simply do not understand it. No matter how much experience you have, how much loyalty you have shown over the years working here, how great your work is... Anthem enjoys micromanagement.
If for any reason I leave this company as soon as possible, that will be the reason. It really doesn't make sense, the manager interferes with my work which just results in me feeling more anxiety and dissatisfaction.
