Stop all this already and just give us our pay increases, if and when that happens I'll be glad to update all this bull into Workday.
DXC always tells us we are responsible for our personal career and if thats the case why do we need to enter this information into yet another piece of software?
Our managers should already know our strong points and if another position opened up, they should be smart enough to recommend us. No Skill's software will replace that, HR wouldn't have a clue about IT technical placement.
