My boss is withholding compliance issues the team reported to him. We came to the realization he never communicated these upward. And he indicated that the leadership team only knows a distilled version of the reality. What do I do?

code of conduct but pose as question on severity and not sure if accurate picture shared? send anonymously as long as in larger group - only hr will know who and since not an employee vilation for you - wont impact negatively.
