Concerned about positions being eliminated given that we will be fully moved onto the Centene platforms by 7/1.
Turnover is high in Provider Relations and leadership is working on a department restructure.

I can only hope. UM dept. is getting trained on TruCare right now. Some positions have yet to learn how to do their job via TruCare. People keep leaving for work outside of the company. We are severally understaffed let alone besides coworkers being in training that cannot currently help. No one knows what's going on. Completely in the dark in regards to everything.
