There is no reason not to accept a new job with the competition, because I will get much better working conditions. However, no matter how angry I am with the management of this company, it will be unusual for me to work for competitors.
The question for those already working with the competition: how does it feel to take customers from ATT?

@kge+1aT2nHd0: You mean 'fewer' customers.
You're welcome
Less customers, less workers needed. Problem solved.
The OP wonders how current/ex-employees feel about sending customers away from T? Pretty good, actually. It's like helping out karma.
Of course the punchline is that T doesn't need any help from employees (current or previous) to drive away customers. Their horrible service, overpriced products, lousy customer service, and hidden fees do that already.
Guarantee the OP didn’t get a job with the competition. Just one of the misery gang who run roughshod over this forum with their posts. The posts are repetitive....pathetic!
“Puts a smile on my face sending friends, family, neighbors to the competition and I still work here.”
What a complete mo--n you are.

It's a paycheck, not a loyalty play.
T shows no loyalty so why should I fret about not returning loyalty.
It feels absolutely glorious!!! Especially when the customers tell me how awful working with AT&T is.
