Lack of engagement and burnout accelerating

For those who haven’t quit and are having more and more work to do I see a rapidly accelerating trend of burnout and disengagement. Sad really. The company is history.

Crazy thing happened. I quit giving a damn and started saying what I really think in one on one discussions. I have yet to have engine disagree including my boss and other supervisors. Many are trying to leave. Just a matter of time now.

The irreversible domino effect has begun. Pleases me to no end. No one should be doing any more than bare minimum at this point. Company could care less about you. All you are is an employee ID. Everyone is replaceable, remember that, you owe them nothing more than 8 hrs of "work" per day.

As I told the kids - don't ever get engaged.
Fall for a handsome or beautiful.
Let a rich man/lady fall for you.
You can play that out forever.

Crazy thing is I once thought I was a lifer and was all in for the company. I wish I could have those late nights and long hours back. What a waste of blood sweat and tears for this piece of sh-t company. Do the bare minimum and nothing more until you quit and move on to greener pastures.

I’ve seen firsthand people developing the I don’t give a fu-k you motherfuckers attitude. It is a thing of beauty to see people being liberated and no longer kissing a-s. Speak your mind and then let them fire you or quit. Enough of taking their sh-t.
