Are you more likely to be lay off when on a PIP ? I’m currently on a 60 day write up. I can’t improve my production. I’m burned out.I would rather be lay off then fired come my 60 days. And insight would help.

If you’re on a pip or got an annual review less than meets standard, start looking.
Some are burned out like you while others are under worked and fly under the radar like my co-worker and fine Spanish gentlemen working in REN4. Its all about how you play the game and how cozy you can get with the supervisor and and PHS leadership team. Best of luck to you!!!!!!!
Se-ual harassment, works every time, or discrimination..
I know of one person who was laid off while on a PIP. They had been with the company for quite a few years and only got two weeks of severance pay instead of the normal amount you would get during layoff with that many years in. They were going to sue, not sure if they did or not.
