Thread regarding Hitachi Vantara layoffs

Sorry, it's not our fault

Isn't it getting ridiculous that they always point the finger at employees for everything that is wrong in this company?

For all their bad moves, we are to blame. It is a terrible way of managing, that is, it depicts that this company does not have real leaders, who take responsibility, have a vision and are a good example to their employees.

Without a vision or plan you will never succeed. My advice to anyone still working there is to simply leave as soon as you can. There probably will not be anymore exit packages. They will make your life more miserable to point of which you will want to quit.

You should really stop losing deals then. Proper qualification, 17,000 touch points in the org chart, good sales force entries and great pitches, will avoid losing. Be a winner. Be proud. Get your red on

when something gone wrong, lost deals, etc., it is a standard practice to "always point the finger at someone else ". An employee does that to protect his/her job. A manager also want to protect his/her job,

In every company, the executives are the "Captains of the ship", they stay to make sure the employee get the blame (and off from the company) first. How ironic!! But that is the reality. No ones will step up to own the problem.

HR teach the managers the technique in managers trtaining.
