Lately, it has become really unbearable to be a full-timer because they are trying in every way to make me leave here. The ways are varied and often very subtle. Sometimes I get the feeling that they are trying to make me feel like BN is actually doing me a huge favor by giving me a job and pay for my work.

Tennessee full of self entitled managers. They still think everything is fine and everyone else ( who sees the reality of the failed company) is wrong. Can’t wait to hear them shutting those stores.
My store is actually pretty nice to work in except for the entitled full-time tw-t who thinks the world owes him everything, and everyone is hoping he'll quit. It's a job at a failing company, everyone knows the score, but it pays the bills. I wonder if you're at my store?
Force you to leave ?
Just go retro 2018 and fire them all .
If you don’t quit from the way you’re being treated. Just wait. They’ll just fire you ( they’ll call it laid off).
If they don’t want full timers one they should not offer it and two if they don’t want them let them go with some decency, offer severance and release them like every other corporation, don’t get this weird bullying culture that exists in this place.
They really drove the AMs and MMs nuts in our stores. So many of them walked out. You could hear screaming in the office much of the time. And this was going on for years, they'd give them the worst shifts all the time, write them up for taking time off for family emergencies, etc.
I bet ex-managers have some great stories for this page.
I think now if you're full-time, they know that they can torture you and use you because you're not going anywhere.
