This job is horrible and all of you deserve so much better. I pray that everybody is able to find a job somewhere else and leave this horrendous place behind. There are a lot of employers that treat their employees with dignity and respect. I found one a month ago and I have been happier than ever since I left. Hopefully many of you will follow soon.

Claims has gotten worse , but we just need to leave. It’ll probably take until the end of the year for management to see how foolish it was to deplete the adjuster staffing. Triple the workload with summer coming up abd more drivers on the roads . They’re begging us to work overtime and assigning twice as many claims as normal because there’s no one else to assign them too! Layofffs were a joke !
