A Verp does not seem to make a lot of sense in the current environment, we will see if some are right or wrong in the next few weeks

I've been told by a friend who's in the know that a VERP is in the works now for July, (at least for Tuboscope there is).
There’s a push now for all groups to show increased revenue and margins on all forecasts. If Q2 and Q3 doesn’t hit these forecasts, I imagine Q4 will be a real reckoning.
No more Verps, just RIFs from here on out
I heard late June early July. If not enough employees take it there will be a reduction in forces.
