Fu----g toxic environment. The ops head of lubes is a bully as are many managers. So glad I quit in March
Lubes is indeed the gem, the only true diamond, that EM will be selling off in the next 2 years. The nature of the business requires keeping up with science, technology and marketing.
This does not fit with current EM management's consultant's POV.
If it is cheap enough, I'd get a loan to buy out the Lubes business from EM.
Looking into that now.
