Wouldn’t it be nice if you could have dinner with one of these guys as a front line employee and explain to them from a first hand prospective what changes need to be made!?
The roadshows were one good thing Eric did at Esurance.

I sat across Eric at one of the last xmas partys Esurance had that Esurance offered a full dinner to us (no spouses/guest allowed). He showed up and made rounds at the tables. We were having a good time and then he sat down at our table and everyone stopped talking and looked at him. He looked like a fish out of water, looked around and blabbed about some great number in the property damage auto results out of the blue. We continued to stare, he looked around, mumbled something and got up and left. We went back to our jolly holiday conversation.
He can give speeches and do webex's, but he cannot relate to regular employees on any level. That stick is stuck pretty darn far up his bu-t.

Get a life OP!! 🙄
Ha, like they care about your perspective...
To be honest, Eric is down to earth and humble enough that he probably would have dinner or a glass of wine with a front line worker.
Glenn....absolutely NOT.
Why would I break bread with sc-m?
Never gonna happen. They are so NOT interested.
Who cares about eating dinner with sc-m. What does this have to do with layoffs?? Please stop posting d-mb cr-p like this!!!!
