The Peter Principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter, which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to their "level of incompetence": employees are promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people wrongly overestimate their knowledge or ability in a specific area. This tends to occur because a lack of self-awareness prevents them from accurately assessing their own skills. Lack of introspection, critical thinking, and /or self awareness of their flaws.

Maybe they should investigate the "leaders" 7-8 figure saleries and stock options? That could be used to help offset those medicines? Or will the employees be corporate stockholm syndromed?

Down to Earth people have to look at the workplace with a grease ball mindset. Its a lesson boomers never learned or taught us because they believed in the system-it was a cult/relgious zealtory to them. Most "leaders" were trustfunders, hand me downers, connected daddies, inherited wealth/greed, etc..they dont deserve respect, theyre peter principle

CEOs and other "execs" are by and large narcissistic and/or sociopathic. They know that their ability to read their enslaved audience and influence group thinking/mind control is threatened when people aren't in their personal presence. Individuals might diverge toward independent thinking.
