Mass exodus happening with middle management in this area. Pretty telling sign of “leadership” or lack thereof at the top.
It is a shame to hear about this. Amazing to think they are making some extreme moves in an area that has such a large financial impact and probably could use more managers, not less.

Maybe they should investigate the "leaders" 7-8 figure saleries and stock options? That could be used to help offset those medicines? Or will the employees be corporate stockholm syndromed?
Could you imagine denying medicine to people that need it? That's your "job"?! How disgusting. You get bonuses etc...for denying health care to folks. Sleep well....vile capitalists/vulture imperialists.

Down to Earth people have to look at the workplace with a grease ball mindset. Its a lesson boomers never learned or taught us because they believed in the system-it was a cult/relgious zealtory to them. Most "leaders" were trustfunders, hand me downers, connected daddies, inherited wealth/greed, etc..they dont deserve respect, theyre peter principle

CEOs and other "execs" are by and large narcissistic and/or sociopathic. They know that their ability to read their enslaved audience and influence group thinking/mind control is threatened when people aren't in their personal presence. Individuals might diverge toward independent thinking.
