I’m looking for another job, but I should prioritize job hunting a little more. I actively look for a while, and then I stop for a while and it goes like that. Other people's stories about experiences after they went to other companies have always seemed overly idealized to me, although lately, in addition to everything, they have been motivating me more and more to get out of here as soon as possible.

The answer is simple. What place is WORSE ? Yes, it’s that simple.
I jumped ship for a competitor and I’ve been extremely skeptical but at all turns they’re truly a thousand times better. Better work life balance, 30% pay bump, actual appreciation. I keep looking for ref flags and haven’t found any. I think when you’ve been treated like dog sh-t by your company (Allstate) for so long you start to think every company is like that.
The grass may not be that much greener, but can't be much worse
