Guys, just take the WFR. I left in mid 2020 after 7 years of the toxic culture. took a $100k WFR package and within 3 months had a new permanent role on client side almost at double by DXC salary. Since then the market has continued to heat up and salaries have increased even more. Life is so much better on the client side. Outsourcing is dead. Make the leap and thrive. Good luck.

The original post says 100k WFR package, whoever gets a 100K or even a 10K WFR package is very lucky, here in the USA we get a MAX of 8 weeks after 15 years . So you see why we in the USA are not country on WFR. For me less than 8 years I would only get 5 weeks pay. I can get that with vacation time and rather do that every year till retirement in 5 years or less
The original post says 100k WFR package not 100k new salary. He/she is referring to the severance pay. In the US w/up to 8 weeks severance, the 100k would be like winning a lottery!

So we are really getting less pay each year we work at DxC with no pay increases
100K really isn't that good, too bad you don't know that. I already make more than that here at DXC and haven't had an increase in 8 years
