If you are a membership rep (or have a membership rep in your club) what is the schedule look like? I was told it’s mainly mon-fri but curious if that’s true before I apply

Ours works every weekend and has Tues and Wednesday offs it might depend on your club manager. Ours is also used as a COS when needed
My Membership Rep. gets one weekend off per month, one Saturday, one Sunday then works both Saturday and Sunday one weekend.
Membership Representatives are a part of management. Team Leads have no power over their schedule.
All this depends on which club you work as all are different. Also depends on whether or not those that make your schedule, like you...and don't forget that some team leads can be very vindictive, nasty and may change your schedule to suit their needs. When you have appointments, later or earlier...of course your days or hours can be adjusted. It is a constant fight. If you are up for the battle...good luck.
Why such long days? Are they still going to be salary, rather than hourly? Is the pay still low and more if you hit the quotas?
I am a Rep and I work 7-5 and I make my own schedule. I’m always off on Sundays but the other day varies with need.

Very seldom weekend unless schedule events. Usually Monday-Friday at my club.
Our person works Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00. Once in awhile she works a Saturday for events or holiday.
