I went to a psychiatrist for the first time in my life. He said as soon as he saw my employer that he expected job stress was a big part of my problem. He said he now gets even more patients from Follett than postal employees.
Be proud Follett. Keep increasing the pressure with ridiculous deadlines and watch your tech talent walk out the door. It isnt worth my mental health and wellness.

After I left follett, my doctor asked me what changed in my life. My blood pressure was down so much he couldn’t believe it. I told him that I’d lost my job, laid off. Off BP medication now. All that stress took such a toll on my health. So glad I don’t work there anymore.
So much fake news here and I post the truth so help me God and people dont believe it. Follett is one of few companies that stopped paying for telehealth in January in spite of covid.... unless you call their telehealth Drs. Because psychiatrists and counselors are costing them a fortune.
Truth. First psychiatrist visit in my life and that is exactly what he said.
All I know is my last day at Follett was 7 weeks ago. I no longer have the heartburn and headaches I had while I was working. My doctor is so pleased that my health is so much better. She said the stress was ki----g me.
That's funny, because the manager at my local li---r store told me he gets more customers that are Follett employees than postal workers. What a small world.

Sounds like a terrible psychiatrist.
Yeah, that didn't happen.
