I am very much in a hurry to leave this company as soon as possible, but of course I do my research carefully so that I do not happen to find myself again in a company that has bad management like this one. I'm really interested in how those who are just coming here feel? What does the company look like from their perspective?

I have since this play many times. HV is on the downward side of a trajectory. This means, constant layoffs, big asks with fewer resources, flat pay if not diminishing pay in terms of real dollars(inflation adjusted).
Jump ship is all I can say. You will not regret it. In fact you will likely be pleased with the 20+% bump in pay which is more than possible.
Definitely the worst company to work for. I’ve been here too long and have witnessed a steady decline in the past ten years. It won’t take long to see how miserable everyone here is. Poor management with no direction. I’d be happier as a greater at Walmart.
Run as fast as you can from this criminal enterprise. No future or opportunities. Management is clueless on how to run a business.
We do our level best to accommodate people in HV. If you’re good, you’re rewarded well. If you’re hopeless then you are either let go, or promoted up. All the best
When I joined a few years ago, it was because HV paid 30% more. So there's worse than HV out there, even though most companies pay far better
