Your keystrokes are probably be monitored by your Management Team and H/R for "productivity" when you return to campus. No need to have a walkaround by anyone.

One of the side benefits of any computer based "ergonomic" software is the ability to monitor keystrokes per hour for each laptop or desktop.

Despite COVID, this past year was a lovely reprieve from the insecurities and micro aggressions of the Karens and Kevins. Thankful for the respite. But, lo the ever watchful gaze is back. “Oh, I didn’t see you at your desk. Thought you left early....again.” Jesus be a bs blocker. Onward.

8% minimum employee cut coming. Hoping large hit could be taken from those not willing to return to work this month. If not, they will be using PIP. Will target those who didn’t take the package in December.

Masks are only required while walking to your desk. The majority of the time, everyone will be maskless

I understand BYOPPE is also trickling down to operations facilities.
Big cost savings there too - nobody makes it to 55!
