How do get WHITE proxy

How does one get the WHITE proxy to vote? I only received the BLUE proxy. This is for shares in the 401k plan.

I was told that I have to email HR to request the white proxy. Should I? Will it affect my ranking?

Voting engine won’t impact your ranking but it will negatively impact your employment prospects at ExxonMobil as engine 1 is just a bunch of corporate raiders. Wolves in sheep’s clothing. They aren’t your friends. They aren’t looking out for employees.

@1mnv
You make some points.
Truth is - the Current EM management are corporate raiders.
Blue or White - reduced benefits, massive capital and technology sell-offs, devolution will be happening.
Maybe, like GM, we could buy out the Murdochs just to stay in the 'news.'

Even if you hate EM, it is really d-mb to vote for Engine #1. They are corporate raiders and employees will lose salary, benefits, jobs, and any future whatsoever with EM. It's like burning down the house because you don't like the wallpaper.

So who wins? The raiders and their backers for sure. Once they empty the piggy bank, they are off to rob the next company. Who loses? All employees, contractors, annuitants, shareholders and all of their families. But, I think this generation might just be d-mb enough to do it, or at least try.

I have not received any communications on the Engine's efforts, though I own many shares.
Received the Blue proxy from the company - which directed me to a specific website.

I suspect this 'Blue' website is company-managed and controlled.
It does not have the 'white' proxy proposed board members on the list for voting.

No surprise. There is no 'neutral' Proxy voting site it seems.
In any case, even the Blue proxy site allows DW to be split down the middle.
So done.

And in the final case, the company is on a steady decline no matter what the outcome.
Maybe a Red Proxy would resolve that.
