Higher Ed’s annual clean-up

Well, we’re less than a month away from June. Is US Higher Ed sales planning another one of its re-orgs/mass layoffs?

Hopefully they start with people who are always pointing fingers, dodging responsibility and focusing on themselves instead of working collectively to find solutions and drive improvements.

Hopefully they start with ED’s and EAD’s and move that headcount to departments that are creating new digital products and providing better support to customers.

Actually I have renewed hope with our recently appointed MD. Maybe he will actually want to run a business vs a Mean Girls/Boys Club. Perhaps KB will finally manage out the people who don’t want to work but continue to collect a paycheck and then provide training to those who want to excel but need a little help. Tired of watching lazy people get praised when they’re dragging the team down.

Hopefully that will consist of an interim managing director. We all know it’s coming, hopefully sooner rather than later. Please

It's possible. Many schools have very low numbers. Maybe they won't need as many EAs for long.
